These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://nabila.net and any interaction with NABILA Pvt Ltd (“NABILA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including online appointment bookings, digital campaigns, and social media channels. 1. About NABILA
NABILA Pvt Ltd is a registered company in Pakistan operating premium salons and beauty services under the NABILA brand. These Terms apply to all NABILA-owned and franchise-operated salons across Pakistan.
2. User Agreement
By accessing our website or using any of our online services, including appointment booking or form submission, you acknowledge and agree to:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Not misuse or disrupt the website or services in any unlawful manner
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws
3. Services & Appointments
3.1 Appointment Confirmation
- Appointments made through the website or social media will be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- NABILA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or operational limitations.
3.2 Arrival & Late Policy
- We request clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to future bookings.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- NABILA reserves the right to change pricing or service details without prior notice.
- Payments can be made through cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets (where available).
5. Promotional Offers
- Promotional campaigns, discounts, or packages may have specific terms, including validity dates, exclusions, or availability.
NABILA reserves the right to alter or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
6. Gift Cards & Vouchers
- NABILA gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- They must be redeemed within the validity period mentioned and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform the staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving a service.
- NABILA will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a booking or inquiry, you consent to:
- Collection and use of your data for scheduling, marketing, or CRM
- Receiving service-related communication by SMS, email, or WhatsApp
- Opting out at any time by written request
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the NABILA website and social platforms — including images, videos, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of NABILA Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without prior written permission.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- While we ensure service excellence, NABILA does not guarantee error-free website functionality or uninterrupted access.
- NABILA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services.
In case of disputes, NABILA’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
